I bought this game brand new a couple of weeks ago and just finished it. This is truly a must have game. This game comes with original case, manual, and pamphlets...see photos here. The game CD is in excellent condition. I enjoyed this game so much that i kept the CD in the Wii...so i barely touched the CD. The manual was never even opened. It's like you REALLY are getting a brand new game.

Payment and shipping info: Your game will be shipped with the up-most care. This game is in excellent condition and that is exactly the way you will receive it. No packaging on the cheap. How secure does this sound to you...The game will be bubble wrapped, placed in plastic covering, and securely taped to a US priority mail box. Please note that i only accept payment via PayPal and will ship only to an address within the 48 continental United States. Payment is due within 24 hours of the auction ending.
Return Policy: Buyer has 7 days to return this item. Returned item must be in resalable condition. The return shipment must contain all items. In other words, you need to return your order the way you received it. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is returned, I will refund the purchase price minus a 5% restocking fee. The restocking fee is used to recover the costs associated with the auction and processing of the item. No shipping fees are refunded.
